Prairie Clinic is a Family Medicine, Obstetrics/Gynecology and Pediatric multi-specialty outpatient clinic about 20 miles northwest of Madison, Wisconsin. Our goal is to provide the best possible care for our patients. We serve Sauk City, Prairie du Sac and the surrounding rural community. We are a family committed to living our mission.

Company History
Opened in 1956, Prairie Clinic has grown with the community and currently offers a variety of health care services. Beginning with a handful of physicians, the organization has grown to around 20 providers. Our providers find so much comfort, it is not uncommon for our retirees to visit just to say hi.
